Uniq Block Management having over 15 years’ experience In property and estate management specialises in small blocks across London Essex and Hertfordshire.

Our Property Management department is located in Hertfordshire very close to the M11 and M25 motorway, allowing for just a short 35-minute journey to cover all areas. Our company ethos is very simple.
